Tulips created from many shades of rose and green needled onto a 100% wool felt background. Framed in a 9" oval hoop, is ready to hang, and is covered on the back with black felt.
Needle felting is a totally dry process in which loose, dyed wool fibers are repeatedly stabbed into a background using special small barbed needles. The constant movement tangles the fibers firmly into position. Framed without glass to enhance the texture, it requires no special care -- simply an occasional flick of a microfiber duster.
